Kristen Gaudette has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Configuration Manager for Business Systems Configuration at Senior Whole Health since November 2006. In this role, Kristen is responsible for QNXT configuration expertise, managing the system design, and maintaining configuration for benefits, claims, provider contracts, and related processes. Previous positions include Benefit & Claims Configuration and Claims Data Quality Analyst/Third Party Liability Coordinator, where Kristen supported claims implementation and collaborated with various departments to resolve processing issues.
