Esther Wilson has diverse work experience in various industries. ESTHER started their career as a Research and Account Manager at Dorey Publishing from January 2000 to March 2003. During this time, they promoted services and sales support for a subscription-based commercial property online information site, working closely with established and potential clients in the commercial real estate community.

In December 2008, Esther joined AT&T Wireless as a Customer Service Representative Team Lead, where they provided customer sales, service, and retention. Their responsibilities included team support, customer resolution, and activation/deactivation of services and troubleshooting. ESTHER worked in this role until June 2010.

From October 2012 to April 2014, Esther worked as a Psychology Assistant Intern at Changing Lives Today. In this position, they gained experience in psychological assistance and support.

Esther then transitioned to Barnes & Noble in December 2011, where they held various roles. ESTHER initially worked as a Manager/Dept. Director for the Barnes & Noble/Starbucks Café. ESTHER later took on the role of Manager until September 2016.

In the most recent years of their career, Esther joined Seniorlink as a CES Community Engagement Specialist in January 2020. In this position, they collaborate with remote coaches and other professionals to support family caregivers who care for elderly or disabled loved ones at home. Their responsibilities include conducting assessments of the consumer's medical, behavioral, and social needs, identifying support needed by caregivers, explaining and signing program applications and contracts, and ensuring timely entry of information into the portal. Additionally, they build collaborative partnerships with local community organizations and Tribal communities to promote the benefits of Structured Family Caregiving.
