Mary Ann Swift

Mary Ann Swift has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mary Ann started their career as a Health Care Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting in 1990. Mary Ann then worked as the Director of Corporate Quality Management at ValueOptions from 1991 to 2006.

In 2007, Mary joined Sentara Healthcare as a MyHealth Care Manager, where they facilitated comprehensive care coordination services for chronic disease management and prevention. Mary Ann also established and maintained therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care. In addition, they assessed patients' clinical conditions and determined the need for services across multiple venues.
