Natalie Francis

Natalie Francis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Natalie is currently employed at Careforth as a Digital Product Manager since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Seniorlink as a Product Manager from July 2021 onwards and also held the role of Clinical Content Specialist from June 2019 to July 2021. Before Seniorlink, Natalie was a Speech Language Pathologist at Cognitive Connections from January 2019 to December 2021.

In terms of their earlier experience, Natalie worked as an Instructor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2020, where they taught various cognitive skills to middle school-aged students and contributed to the strategy and design of the SEED Academy program. Natalie also worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at Community Day Charter Public Schools from September 2017 to June 2019.

Natalie's work experience also includes being an ICCR Instructor and Research Associate at Boston University from August 2016 to June 2017, where they taught courses and conducted research on behavioral and cognitive changes in young adults with brain injuries. Natalie worked as a Research Assistant at Speech & Language, Literacy Lab, Massachusetts General Hospital, Institute of Health Professions from May 2014 to September 2016.

Additionally, Natalie gained clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathology Graduate Student Clinician at McLean Hospital from April 2016 to July 2016, at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital from September 2015 to December 2015, and at The Aphasia Center at MGH IHP from September 2015 to December 2015.

Natalie Francis earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from the University of Vermont, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Natalie continued their education at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Natalie attended The Hotchkiss School from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Natalie has obtained several certifications. Natalie became a Speech Language Pathologist through The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) in August 2017. Furthermore, they acquired a Reading Specialist certification from the Massachusetts Department of Education in June 2016. Natalie also holds a Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Certification from the Montessori Center for Teacher Education in Bellevue, WA, which they obtained in May 2013. It is important to note that specific obtaining month and year information is not available for their Speech Language Pathologist certification from the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
