Xavi Mesalles has a diverse work experience in various companies. xavi is the CEO and Founder of Seniors Boom, a company that focuses on the assembly and installation of bulky products for seniors or people with reduced mobility. Xavi Mesalles also worked as a Boomer at Seniors Boom. xavi served as a Dinamitzador TIC per gent gran at Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya, where they helped older adults with technological innovation. Xavi Mesalles was the CMO Director of Marketing at ROIS Medical S.L., where they worked on improving the quality of life for people with mobility impairments. xavi also founded and served as the CEO of Discubre, a platform that connects people with disabilities and diverse needs to relevant solutions and providers. Prior to this, Xavi Mesalles worked as a Social Media Manager at Asesor en Accesibilidad, specializing in accessibility consulting.

Xavi Mesalles attended Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 2009 but did not receive any degree or study in a specific field. In 2019, they enrolled at Institut d'ensenyaments a distància de les Illes Balears, where they are currently pursuing a degree in Enseñanza de inglés como lengua extranjera (Teaching English as a Foreign Language).
