Julie Kerr, MAOM has extensive experience in leading contact center operations in the financial industry. Julie has served as a Sr. Director Contact Center Services at Serviam Care Network, overseeing the implementation of operational efficiencies. Previously, Julie worked as an Operation Manager- Site Lead at U.S. Bank and as Director of Contact Center Operations at CommunityAmerica Credit Union. Additionally, Julie held the role of Vice President of Programs at the Association of Customer Contact Professionals. Julie Kerr holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Arts in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix.
