Wendy Hughes

Wendy Wagenbach-Hughes has extensive experience in real estate and hospitality, currently serving as Business Growth and Development at ERA Key Realty Services since November 2023. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Sales Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate from April 2022 to September 2023, focusing on recruiting, retention, and agent development. From September 2013 to April 2022, Wendy worked as Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, overseeing a busy office of 70 affiliates and providing essential coaching and business planning. Wendy also served as Education Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England. Earlier career experiences include various management roles in hospitality, including General Manager and Food & Beverage Manager, and a position as Spinning Instructor at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness from April 2009 to August 2020. Wendy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Dean College and further education from UMass Boston.
