Gloria Olson

Gloria Olson has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Gloria is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Senneca Holdings since April 2020. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from September 2019 to April 2020. Before joining Senneca Holdings, Gloria worked at CNG Holdings/Axcess Financial as the Vice President of Human Resources from May 2017 to July 2019. Gloria also held the role of Sr. Director of Human Resources at the same company from January 2016 to April 2017. In their role at Axcess Financial, they led the HR team, partnered with the President to engage associates, and worked with executive leaders to improve employee engagement programs. Before CNG Holdings/Axcess Financial, Gloria was the HR Director - Business Partner at General Cable from December 2014 to December 2015, where they partnered with the operations team and led corporate HR initiatives. Prior to that, they held various HR leadership roles at Schneider Electric from 2009 to 2014, including Sr. HR Director, HR Director of Projects & Services, and Group HR Manager. Gloria also has experience as an HR Manager and Group HR Representative at Square D Company / Schneider Electric from 2004 to 2009. Gloria started their career as an HR Supervisor at Ticona from 1998 to 2004, and as an HR Rep at Rotex from 1997 to 1998. Gloria began their HR career as an HR Coordinator at Fath Management from 1993 to 1997. Overall, Gloria has a diverse background in HR leadership and business partnering across multiple industries.

Gloria Olson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Spanish/Secondary Education from Adrian College. Their education history also includes a Masters of Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati, which they completed from 1998 to 2001.
