Shannon Tokarsky

Shannon Tokarsky has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and customer experience. In 2005, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Wright Brothers, Inc. Shannon then transitioned to Reading Rock, Inc. in 2006, where they held the role of Marketing Manager until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they served as the AVP Specification & Marketing at Reading Rock, Inc. In 2019, Shannon joined Senneca Holdings as the Director of Customer Experience, where they currently work.

Shannon Tokarsky obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Leadership & Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing, Advertising & Human Resources at Marquette University from 2000 to 2004. Their high school education was completed at Mount Notre Dame High School from 1996 to 2000, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In addition to their formal education, Shannon has a LEED AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
