Rachel Bishop has work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rachel started their professional career in 2014 as an AMF Guest Services at Ardent Leisure Group, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Lovisa Pty Ltd as a Sales Assistant for a few months. Rachel then moved on to Bunnings in 2018, where they worked in Special Orders, Customer Service, and Reception roles until 2022. Currently, they are working at Sennheiser, starting in 2021 as a Technical Customer Service representative and later becoming a Customer Service Team Lead in January 2023.

Rachel Bishop completed their Bachelor of Music in Music Technology at the University of New England (AU) from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Jamison High School from 2011 to 2016, earning their HSC.
