Lai Mun Chan has a diverse work experience in the energy and IT industries. From 2016 to present, Lai Mun Chan worked at Senoko Energy, starting as the Lead Principal Analyst (IT) from November 2016 to March 2019 before becoming the Head of Operations - Customer Experience & Billing in April 2019. At Senoko Energy, they led the customer experience & billing operations team and contributed to the overall development and growth of the business in the commercial and consumers market.

Prior to that, Lai Mun Chan worked at Hyflux Ltd as an Assistant Manager (Energy IT Applications) from February 2016 to November 2016. They then joined SLNG - Singapore LNG Corporation in October 2012 as a Senior Business Process Analyst (IT), where they played a key role in the roll-out of business processes and IT applications within SLNG.

Lai Mun Chan's earlier experience includes working at TT Network Integration Pte Ltd as a Regional IT Business Analyst from May 2007 to March 2012.

Throughout their career, Lai Mun Chan has demonstrated strong skills in business process management, IT applications, problem and vendor management, and change management.

Lai Mun Chan pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Computing & IT at the University of Wales from 2004 to 2005. They also obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile.
