Coral Chung

Coral Chung has a wealth of experience in the luxury and retail industries. Coral began their career as a Summer Intern at UBS Investment Bank in 2004. In 2006, they joined Bain & Company as a Senior Associate Consultant, where they advised leading companies in consumer products, tech, and private equity in Greater China and North America. Coral also won the Bain Greater China & Asia Pacific case competition in 2008 and received a top rating at Senior Associate Consultant level in San Francisco Bay Area offices. In 2008, they moved to Solazyme, Inc. as Corporate Development, where they worked directly with the CEO and CFO to enable the company's rapid growth and commercialization of products across luxury cosmetics, foods, fuels, and chemicals divisions. Coral also supported various international business development efforts, focusing on China and Latin America. In 2010, they joined Prada as Commercial Strategy and Marketing and Michel Dyens & Co. as a Summer Associate. In 2011, they returned to Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader. In 2014, they joined Medallia as Principal, Retail Vertical and was responsible for leading customer experience, growth and retention, and program delivery for Medallia's large and growing retail portfolio. In 2015, they founded SENREVE, a digitally native brand revolutionizing the luxury industry. SENREVE pioneered the luxury convertible handbag and backpack category with its iconic Maestra Bag, and their products have had over 10,000 person waitlists and are celebrity favorites.

Coral Chung has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and Management from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Studies and East Asian Languages and Civilization from the University of Pennsylvania. Coral also has a Medallia Institute Customer Experience Certification from Medallia.
