Chien Fei Chong

Chien Fei Chong possesses extensive experience in operations and procurement management, currently serving as the Operation Manager for MEMS Production at Sensata Technologies since November 2007. With a focus on managing MEMS product line performance, Chien oversees P&L, daily production output, yield, and continuous productivity improvements through LEAN processes and automation. Previous roles at Sensata include Procurement Manager and Program Manager, where responsibilities ranged from site purchasing management to establishing new sales and engineering offices. Chien has successfully led major transitions, including the migration of processes to Oracle R12 and significant cost-saving initiatives, such as reducing rework materials, yielding substantial annual savings. Prior experience includes impactful positions at Samsung, where contributions centered on transforming operational priorities towards customer quality. Chien holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
