Daniel L. Black

Daniel L. Black is the current director at Sensata. Daniel has also previously worked with The Wicks Group, Advent Convertible Securities & Income Fund, and The Bank of New York (Capital Markets). From January 1998 to December 2003, they held the title of Managing Director - Co-Head of Merchant Banking at The Bank of New York. In this role, they were responsible for managing the bank's relationships with private equity firms and entrepreneurs. From October 1990 to September 1998, they served as Senior Vice President - Co-Head of Corporate Banking for The Bank of New York's Eastern Division. In this role, they managed three corporate banking groups and was a member of the corporate banking credit committee.

Daniel L. Black graduated from Montclair High School with a high school diploma and a college/university preparatory and advanced high school/secondary diploma program. Daniel then went on to Dartmouth College where they earned their A.B. in government.
