Fiona Petersen

Fiona Petersen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and supply chain management. Currently serving as Solutions Team Manager at Sensata Technologies since March 2019, Fiona has held various roles at the company, including Project Lead and Systems Development Group Team Leader. Prior to Sensata Technologies, Fiona worked at Ericsson in Supply Chain Operations & Quality, where key responsibilities included managing the Class A RMA process and establishing a warranty repair center. Fiona's career began at Nortel, spanning 15 years in roles such as software engineer, network engineer, and Customer Quality specialist, with a focus on product reliability and customer account management in the supply chain. Fiona holds a BSC HONS in Computing and Information Systems from Ulster University, earned from 1993 to 1997.
