Heather Gonzales has over 25 years of work experience. Heather began their career in 1995 as a Lead Desktop Publisher/Working Foreperson at Renaissance Publishing. In 2000, they joined iHire, where they held various roles including Sales Manager, Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Lead Customer Service Rep/Researcher. In their roles at iHire, Heather was responsible for partnering with different types of professionals in a wide range of industries and learning about their businesses and staffing needs. Heather also had a new focus on assisting larger companies with more consistent hiring needs. In addition, Heather had specialties in customer relations, account management, staff training, project management, market research, strategic planning, product development, data analysis, competitor analysis, needs assessment, creative problem solving, quality assurance, team leadership, relationship building, technical troubleshooting, community outreach, fundraising, event planning, testing, talent acquisition, coaching, negotiation, and report generation.

Heather Gonzales attended ITT Technical Institute-Fort Wayne from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary. Prior to that, they attended Hamilton High School. Additionally, they obtained their Sales Enablement Professional Certification from Sales Enablement PRO in July 2022, and their CCSP Level 1 Certification from Impact Learning Systems in May 2014.
