Jim Knaus

Jim Knaus has a strong background in HR systems and technology management. Jim currently serves as the Director of HR Systems & Americas Payroll at Sensata Technologies, where they oversee payroll processing and reconciliation in Mexico and the United States. Jim also maintains support for HR systems and data interfaces and identifies system enhancements or new digital solutions that align with HR strategy. Jim Knaus holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Computer Systems from Grove City College, which they obtained from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in December 2017 and Fundamentals of Business Analysis from ESI International, although the specific month and year of obtaining the latter certification is unknown.
