Karen A.

Karen A. has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies. Karen is currently serving as the VP of Engineering and Global Product Families at Sensata Technologies since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Ford CBU Seating and Director of the Ford Customer Business Unit at Faurecia from 2017 to 2021.

Karen began their career as an Intern at General Motors in 1995, where they analyzed electromagnetic interference in audio systems and designed test fixtures. Karen later worked as an Electrical Hardware Design Engineer in the Powertrain department at General Motors.
