Karina Vargas

Karina Vargas has a comprehensive work experience spanning several years. Karina is currently working at Sensata Technologies as the HR Director for Global Supply Chain SSB. Before that, they held the position of HR Director at the same company. Prior to joining Sensata Technologies, Karina worked at BOMBARDIER as the Director of HR Operations - Service Center Mexico. Karina also served as the HR Operations Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at the company. Karina's professional background also includes working at Kuehne + Nagel as a Human Resources Manager and at Panduit as a Compensation, Benefits, and Labor Coordinator. Karina began their career at Schneider Electric as a Human Resources Representative.

From 2003 to 2008, Karina Vargas attended the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where they earned a Degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
