Kramer Ortman

Kramer Ortman serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Sensata Technologies since December 2020, providing legal guidance on public disclosures, corporate governance, compliance, and SEC filings. Prior to this role, Kramer held the position of Corporate Counsel focusing on corporate governance and securities at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from January 2019 to December 2020. Kramer's earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Attorney at Itron, Inc., where responsibilities included SEC compliance and support for the Board of Directors, as well as roles as a Law Clerk at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and a Legal Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Kramer's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, focusing on Securities and Corporate Law, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, International Relations, History, and Entrepreneurial Leadership from Gonzaga University.
