Renee Naud

Renee Naud is an experienced human resources professional and attorney currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Sensata Technologies since March 2024. In this role, following Dynapower's acquisition, Renee leads the strategy and administration of the human resources function while collaborating with Sensata's global team on business unit strategies. Additionally, Renee has been an eCornell Course Facilitator at Cornell University since January 2017, delivering courses in strategic human resources and employment law. Previously, Renee held leadership positions at Dynapower, including Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Counsel, and provided independent legal consulting services at Naud Law, PLLC. With a legal background that includes roles in both corporate and labor law, Renee has also served in various legal and strategic capacities at Plastipak and Compass Group, among others. Academic credentials include a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a BA in English, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy.
