Sander Pas

Sander Pas has a diverse work experience in various roles. Sander currently works at Sensata Technologies as a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on E-mobility in Europe. In this role, they collaborate with local and global engineering teams to design products that meet customer specifications. Sander is responsible for product validation, completion of documentation, and executing launch items for production. Sander also has experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Sensata Technologies, where they worked closely with design engineers, lab engineers, equipment suppliers, and quality engineers to develop and modify test equipment.

Prior to joining Sensata Technologies, Sander worked at Autocentrum Valk as an Al-round employee in the workshop and sales department. Sander also gained experience as a Graduating Student at Heves Engineering BV, where they successfully completed a high-end pedal set development project for a racing simulator as part of their Automotive Engineering degree. Additionally, they completed an internship at Sensata Technologies, where they developed and realized an automated test-cable resistance measurement tool.

Sander has also held positions such as Team-leader for brakes and suspension at HAN Hydromotive, Intern in the workshop for Ferrari and Maserati at Munsterhuis Sportscars, Detailing and Al-round workshop employee at Automobielbedrijf Beltman BV, and Sales Advisor at Select Sport.

Sander Pas's education history includes obtaining a degree in Automotive Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2021. Sander also pursued a minor in Mechanical Engineering at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they completed a Landelijk Automotive doorstroomprogramma at HAN University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they achieved a Mbo4 technisch specialist degree in Autotechniek from Deltion College from 2012 to 2016.
