Ted Denniston

Ted Denniston is a highly experienced professional in consulting engineering and construction, with over 30 years of expertise. Currently serving as the Founding Principal at Sense Appraisals and Sense Engineering since June 2021 and May 2014, respectively, Ted has a strong focus on restoring existing buildings, including work on roofing, cladding, parking garages, balconies, waterproofing, and structures. Ted's previous roles include Executive Vice President and Western Canada Regional Manager at Halsall Associates Ltd. from April 2002 to November 2013, as well as Senior Project Manager and Partner at Belanger Engineering, Business Manager and Operator at Wall Savers, and Senior Project Manager and Shareholder at Construction Control Group. In addition to professional experience, Ted took a six-month hiatus in 2013 to spend time with family and reflect on personal priorities. Ted holds a Building Science Certificate from the University of Toronto and a degree from Ryerson University.
