David Druin

David Druin has a varied work experience with a focus on product management and energy usage. David currently works at Sense as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for meters and utilities. Prior to this, they held the same role at Duke Energy Corporation, where they successfully managed the company's largest behavioral energy efficiency program. David also has experience as a Greenhouse Assistant at City Roots Farm and as a Web Developer when they were self-employed. Additionally, they worked as a UX Testing & Customization specialist at Exercise.com and as an MBA Intern in Customer Solutions at Duke Energy Corporation. Overall, David has a strong background in product management, energy usage, and web development.

David Druin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Community Development from Columbia International University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they spent a year at Clemson University studying Mechanical Engineering before transferring. In 2018, David pursued an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a focus on Business Analytics and Management Science, completing the program in 2020. In December 2020, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
