Senior Program Manager at Sense

Zachery Ambrose has a strong background in program management and sustainability. Zachery is currently working as a Senior Program Manager at Sense, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, Zachery worked at Franklin Energy as a Senior Program Manager, where they managed the implementation of a residential energy assessment program, overseeing multiple budgets and client relationships. Zachery also managed a team of operations and field managers, improving various areas including safety, productivity, and data quality. Before that, they worked at Performance Systems Development as a Program Manager, Senior Program Coordinator, and Program Coordinator from 2014 to 2020. Zachery also has experience working as a Graduate Assistant at Point Park University, a Sustainability Specialist at Allegheny County, and an Allegheny County Sustainability Program Fellow at the Student Conservation Association. Zachery Ambrose completed their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2010 at Arizona State University, majoring in Environmental Politics with a specialization in Sustainability. Zachery pursued higher education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Studies from Point Park University, attending from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Zachery also holds several certifications. Zachery became a HERS (Home Energy Rating System) Associate through RESNET in July 2020. In October 2017, they obtained the Climate Reality Leader certification from The Climate Reality Project. Furthermore, Zachery was previously certified as a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Associate by the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) in November 2012.
