Goulven Paradis

Goulven Paradis has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Goulven started their career in 2006 as a Trainee at ECN, where they gained practical experience. Goulven then became a Trainee at MSSI, University of Limerick in 2007.

In 2008, Goulven Paradis joined ECN as a PhD candidate in collaboration with the University of Twente. Goulven'sresearch focused on functionalization and pore size tuning of sol-gel-based microporous hybrid silica membranes. Goulven successfully defended their thesis in 2012 to obtain their Doctorate degree.

After completing their PhD, Goulven Paradis worked as an R&D Engineer at CTI - Céramiques Techniques et Industrielles SAS from 2012 to 2014. Goulven was responsible for the start of the technology transfer of HybSi(r) membranes.

In 2015, Goulven Paradis joined SENSE in as an R&D Engineer. Goulven later became the Technical Director in 2018. SENSE in is an innovative startup specialized in developing, manufacturing, and commercializing structural monitoring solutions for various industries such as aeronautics, automotive, renewables energies, and civil engineering. Their unique solutions are based on non-intrusive resistive sensors integrated into composite structures during the manufacturing process.

Overall, Goulven Paradis has a strong background in research and development, with expertise in membrane technology and structural monitoring solutions.

Goulven Paradis earned an Engineer's degree in ceramic materials from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Céramique Industrielle from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they studied Physics, Chemistry, and at Lycee Brizeux from 2000 to 2003.
