Gerald Elias Tuppa

Gerald Elias Tuppa serves as the Disability Inclusive Development Program Coordinator at Sense International since September 2023, ensuring the effective execution of inclusive education initiatives and managing program budgets and schedules while maintaining stakeholder relationships. As the Founder and CEO of Fasihi Media House since October 2020, Tuppa has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Senior Programme Coordinator at Sense International, where responsibilities included managing project budgets and stakeholder relations, and Program Coordinator at Raleigh Tanzania, overseeing international volunteer projects. Tuppa has experience in project proposal development with Restless Development and has held positions such as MEAL Officer, Deputy Operations Manager, and various roles in media production. Tuppa holds a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Community Education from the University of Dar es Salaam and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at Chuo Kikuu Huria Cha Tanzania.
