Paul Mills-Hicks is a seasoned business consultant and adviser with extensive experience in the retail and consumer sector, providing strategic consulting services to various businesses, including tech start-ups and consumer goods manufacturers, since 2022. As Chair of Sense Marketing and Curatyx, Paul oversees global brand experiences and international retail sourcing operations, respectively. Previously, Paul held leadership roles such as Chair of the Board at Argos and was a Board Member at the Institute of Grocery Distribution. With a strong background at Sainsbury's as Commercial Director and Commercial Finance Director, Paul managed significant sales and operations, alongside experience in M&A at UBS Warburg and financial control at Marks and Spencer. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from UCL.
