Eileen Keddie has extensive experience in management and operational roles within the social care sector, beginning a career in January 1988 as an Assistant Officer in Charge with Dundee City Council, progressing to Community Social Care Officer. Eileen joined Gowrie Care in January 1998 as a Manager and continued to develop skills in leadership and service coordination. Since April 2003, Eileen has held various positions at Sense Scotland, including Project Manager, Service Manager, Area Manager, and currently serves as Head of Operations, showcasing a strong commitment to enhancing operational effectiveness in social care services.
