Bruna Bertoli

Bruna Bertoli is currently the Head of Customer Success at Sensedia. Prior to this, they were an Account Executive at Ci&T from August 2011 to April 2014, and Sales Manager at Alcor Alumínios from June 2001 to July 2011.

Bruna Bertoli studied at the FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a degree in Extensão, with a focus on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Bruna then went on to study Marketing Organizational (B2B) at Universidade Estadual de Campinas for their post-graduate degree in marketing. Finally, they studied Communication Social - Journalism at Universidade Paulista for their degree in communication and journalism. Bruna has also received certification from StartSe University in the Women's Leadership Program and from G4 Educação in Imersão em Customer Experience.

Their manager is Kleber Bacili, CEO & CTO. They work with Gibson Nascimento - Head of Solutions, EMEA, Lucas Tempestini - Head of Marketing, and Ken Ballou - Director of US Banking and Financial Services.
