Natalia Cruz

Natalia Cruz has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 at Itau-Unibanco as a System Analyst until May 2012. Natalia then joined Indra as a System Integration Analyst from June 2012 to August 2014. Following that, they worked at Accurate Software as a Project Manager from September 2014 to February 2018. Currently, Natalia holds the position of Head of Open Finance at Sensedia since September 2021. Natalia has also previously served as a Consulting Manager and Open Banking and Open Finance Specialist at Sensedia from February 2019 to September 2021, and as a Team Leader from March 2018 to January 2019.

Natalia Cruz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Development for Managers from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Natalia also completed a course in Oratory at Vox2You São Paulo in 2021. In 2015, they studied Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, Natalia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed various courses such as KSI/KMP II from Kanban University in 2021, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team and Building Trust from LinkedIn in 2018, and PSMI from Scrum.org in 2017.
