Kumar Sambhav

Kumar Sambhav is an accomplished engineer and technology leader with a robust career in the recruitment technology space. As the Director of Engineering at Sense since September 2022, Kumar has successfully led the integration of the Skillate product into the Sense ecosystem, enhancing sales enablement within a tight timeframe. Prior to this role, Kumar was the Co-Founder and CTO of Skillate from May 2016 to August 2022, where expertise in AI and Deep Learning technologies significantly optimized recruitment processes, resulting in substantial cost and time savings for clients. Earlier experiences include contributions at Capillary Technologies as a Software Development Engineer, where systems were developed to improve email verification processes, and a Summer Research Internship at Wipro Infotech. Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
