Christian Ibañez has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and companies. Christian's most recent position is as a Senior Director of Operations at Sensei Ag, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, Christian worked at NatureSweet from 2011 to 2021, where they held various roles such as Human Capital Senior Manager and Business Partner, Human Capital Manager, Packing Operations Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Innovation Manager, and Organizational Effectiveness and Human Capital Leader.

During their tenure at NatureSweet, Christian successfully managed people operations in the US, overseeing the corporate office's executive staff and the greenhouses-packing facility in Arizona. Christian played a key role in increasing associates' engagement by 10% and achieving a participation rate of 98% through a global initiative. Christian also served as a co-executive sponsor for the companywide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative.

Before joining NatureSweet, Christian worked at Sanmina as a Program Manager in the automotive industry from 2005 to 2010 and at EPIQ as a Supplier Quality Engineer in the automotive industry from 2004 to 2005.

Christian Ibañez has an education history that includes an associate's degree in Finance and Project Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, which was obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Universidad de Colima, studying from 1998 to 2002.
