Bao Le has over 15 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs. In 2021, they began working as VP, Head of Regulatory Affairs at Sensei Bio and as an Independent Consultant. In 2020, they were VP, Head of Regulatory Affairs at enGene Inc., a biotechnology company developing a proprietary non-viral gene therapy platform for localized delivery of nucleic acid payloads to mucosal tissues. From 2018-2021, they were Co-Chair of the Regulatory Forum Working Group at MassBio. From 2017-2018, they were Senior Director Regulatory Affairs at Sanofi Genzyme. From 2014-2017, they were Regulatory Affairs at Shire Pharmaceuticals. From 2012-2014, they were Regulatory Affairs at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 2011-2012, they were Regulatory Affairs at Fresenius Biotech GmbH. From 2006-2011, they were Regulatory Affairs at Genzyme.

Bao Le attended Regis College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Health Product Regulation.
