Lara Weiss

Lara Weiss is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Corporate Director of Sales & Revenue at Sensei since July 2020. In addition, Lara is the Founder of AUTONOMOUS Hospitality and Hotel Collection, a venture aimed at supporting independent hotels by providing tailored services through a network of expert contractors. Lara has held various consulting roles, including as a Consortia Consultant for SiteMinder since June 2016, and as a consultant for Nightingale Hospitality, providing expertise in consortia and RFP management. Previous experience includes significant positions at Treasure Island – TI Las Vegas, The Hollywood Roosevelt, and Sabre Hospitality, among others, where Lara focused on business travel sourcing, consortia partnerships, and sales strategies for independent and branded hotels. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Lara holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
