Rachel Foster

Rachel Foster serves as the Director of Human Resources at the University of Hawai‘i Foundation since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership. Previously, Rachel held the same title at Sacred Hearts Academy from October 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included strategic business partnership, conflict resolution, federal and state compliance, and full-scale recruitment. Earlier roles included HR/Payroll Administrator and Human Resources Coordinator, focused on recruitment processes, employee relations, and benefits administration at various organizations, including 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach and Windward Dental Group. Rachel's career in human resources began in 1998 with Hemet Unified School District as a Human Resources Generalist, and educational qualifications include a degree in Business Management and Business Administration from Phillips Business College.
