Denney Morrison

Denney Morrison has over 20 years of professional experience. In 2022, they began working for Sensei Labs as a Senior Customer Success Coach, where their role involves helping customers use Conductor to make better happen. From 2018-2022, they worked as the Director of Customer Success at Tyler Technologies, where they successfully launched Data Collect Mobile into the US market and grew the business each year. From 2016-2018, they worked as the Director of Customer Success & Business Development at SceneDoc, which was acquired by Tyler Technologies. During this time, they built an integrated customer success, marketing, and sales-focused operation from the ground up and introduced annual account plans to 30 strategic clients. From 1998-2016, they worked at State Street in various roles, including Vice President, Program Manager, Strategy & Innovation, Vice President, Program Manager, Business Change, and Vice President, Financial Reporting. During this time, they designed and led a global corporate innovation program, created and launched a Change Management team, and led a team of 47 employees. Denney achieved various successes, such as reaching annual cost reduction targets, transforming the operating process, and improving client satisfaction.

Denney Morrison completed a Certificate in Growth Marketing and Accelerate New Revenue From Existing Customers from Growclass in 2020. From 2015 to 2016, they attended George Brown College and earned a Communications degree with a focus on Copywriting and Leveraged into Customer Success Campaigns. In 2011 and 2012, Denney Morrison participated in the Improv Comedy Performance Program at Impatient Theater Co. Denney also attended Off Centre DJ School Inc. in 2013 and earned a Music Production degree, Level 1-4. In 2007 to 2009, Denney Morrison took classes at George Brown College Continuing Education in Chef, Hospitality and Culinary Arts. From 1994 to 1998, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Humber College. Additionally, Denney Morrison earned a Diploma of Education in Marketing from Humber College in 1996 to 1997.
