Rich Prashad

SVP, Customer Success at Sensei Labs

Rich Prashad has over 10 years of work experience in customer success, business analysis, and supply chain major projects. From 2015 to present, they have worked at Sensei Labs, first as Senior Customer Success Coach, then as Director of Customer Success, VP of Customer Success, and currently as SVP of Customer Success. Theirrole involves helping leading enterprises with transformation and enterprise orchestration. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Target as Senior Business Analyst - Merchandise Planning Operations, where they led cross-functional teams through Fourth Quarter inventory strategy development, management, and execution. Rich also led the recapping of inventory strategy learnings from 2013 to institutionalize knowledge for 2014 Fourth Quarter. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Canadian Tire as Business Analyst - Supply Chain Major Projects. As part of the project, they created optimized transportation routes in order to profitably and reliably execute daily deliveries. Rich also was part of a project team who reduced the time required to introduce new automotive products from 9 months to only 3 months.

Rich Prashad attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
