Cicilie Arentz has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Cicilie began their career as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at Neras Direkte AS, where they helped establish a successful VAT Revision project. Cicilie then moved on to Netspace Online Systems as a Channel Sales- and Marketing Co-ordinator, where they managed various marketing activities and measured their success.

Later, they joined EVRY as part of their Marketing Operations team, delivering IT solutions to Nordic companies and public sector entities. Cicilie then worked as a Marketing Manager at IComm Australia Pty Ltd, where they were responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies and communications.

Cicilie then took on the role of Marketing and Communications Manager at Empired Ltd, a national IT services provider. Here, they built a reputation for service excellence and provided business technology solutions to both government and private sectors.

Cicilie then joined The Northern Light Creative Agency as a Business Manager and Marketing Consultant, specializing in marketing strategy, storytelling, branding, and digital marketing for startups and small businesses in Australia.

In 2018, Cicilie joined Mercer as a Marketing Manager, where they contributed to various marketing initiatives. Later in the year, they also became the Head of Brand and Client Experience at Sensei Project Solutions.

Throughout their career, Cicilie has demonstrated a strong passion for marketing and a commitment to delivering innovative and creative solutions.

Cicilie Arentz completed a Bachelor of Business degree in Strategic Marketing and Management at BI Norwegian Business School from 2002 to 2005. Cicilie then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Media and Communications at Deakin University from 2005 to 2006. In addition, they obtained certification as an SEO Certified Professional from SEOcertification.org in October 2014.
