Samuel Palomino has worked in the software engineering field since 2013. Samuel began their career as a Computer Technician at Camara Education Ltd. where they refurbished computers and optimized system specifications. In 2014, they moved to De Anza College as a Computer Technician where they refurbished desktop computers, troubleshooted and repaired software and hardware problems, and optimized system efficiency. In 2016, they began working at Dacha Inc. as a Security Software Engineer, developing an enterprise data security application, researching and implementing steganography techniques, and developing a PDF and Microsoft Word document scanning engine. In the same year, they also began working at SignalsAI Inc. as an Embedded Software Engineer, developing a data acquisition platform using distributed sensor networks, designing and developing software for an Embedded Linux based system, and deploying and maintaining CI and CD pipelines. In 2019, they moved to Sensel as a Senior Software Tools Engineer.
Samuel Palomino holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from De Anza College.
