Sindhura Maganti

Sindhura Maganti has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Industrial Design Intern for Bharat Dynamics Limited in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Project Intern for the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering. In 2015, they were a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Kohler Co. as a Mechanical Project Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer. Most recently, they have been a Senior Product Design Engineer at Eargo since 2021, where they are responsible for evolving mechanical architectures to inform industrial design concepts, developing in-house semi-automated test fixtures, and conceptualizing and using 3D printing for rapid prototyping. Since 2022, they have been a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Sensel.

Sindhura Maganti attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering Mechanics and Astronautics. Prior to that, they attended Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
