Edward J. Fiorentino

Mr. Fiorentino was elected to the board of directors in December 2015. Mr. Fiorentino served on the Senseonics, Incorporated board of directors from March 2012 to December 2015. Since March 2016, Mr. Fiorentino has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TerSera Therapeutics, LLC. Previously, from August 2013 to November 2015, Mr. Fiorentino was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crealta Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Crealta, from March 2009 to June 2013, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Actient Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Actient, Mr. Fiorentino served in various positions at Abbott Laboratories, including Corporate Vice President of Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations, for more than 20 years. He also previously served as Senior Vice President and President of Abbott Diabetes Care and was Executive Vice President of TAP Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Fiorentino received his B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York and his M.B.A. from Syracuse University.
