Serene Almomen

CEO & Co-Founder at Senseware

Serene Almomen is the CEO and Co-Founder of Senseware, a Georgetown University McDonough School of Business graduate, and a former George Mason University student. Almomen has over seven years of experience in different aspects of business including engineering, management, and consulting. In December 2012, Almomen co-founded Innovative Integration LLC, a process improvement company based on CMMI, ISO, ITIL, Agile, and other frameworks, where they served as the CEO for two years. In April 2013, Almomen also founded MomenTUM Consulting, a management consulting company that helps organizations establish highly effective PMO's and EPM systems. Almomen has a passion for helping businesses improve their value propositions and quality of service and strives to create processes that empower businesses to thrive.

Serene Almomen has a Ph.D. in Information Technology from George Mason University, a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, and a BS in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University. Serene also has certification from Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), certification from PMI as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and certification from Sun Microsystems as a Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP).
