Robert Winter

Robert Winter has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Robert started their career as a Software Developer and Architect at CGI in 2007 and worked there until 2015. In 2015, they joined Alten Sweden as the Manager for Northern Sweden. Robert then moved on to become the CEO of Elastisys in 2016, where they grew the company from 0 to 35 employees and managed multiple implementation projects in the Kubernetes, cloud-native, and DevOps space. Robert also achieved ISO 27001 certification for the company and established a strong culture and security posture. In 2019, they joined Senseworks.io as the CTO, DevOps Engineer, and Backend Developer, where they built a modern SaaS platform for financial data analytics. Currently, they work as a Consultant at Robert Winter Consulting since 2021.

Robert Winter earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Managerial Economics from Umeå University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In addition, they also obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Umeå University, completing the program from 2003 to 2007.

Outside of their academic degrees, Robert Winter has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they became a TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect from The Open Group and a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. In 2012, they acquired the certifications of CAPM Certified Project Manager from Project Management Institute and IPMA-D Certified Project Manager from International Project Management Association. In the same year, they also achieved the ITIL V3 Foundation Certification from Profecto Service Management AB.
