Ugur Kadar, In the defense industry and white goods sector, he started his career with high-tech R&D studies, and multi-layered high-speed electronic card design, after working in the fields of military hardware and software development, new product development and sensor development, he worked in the fields of the country and the world's leading brands. He worked as an executive and coordinator in many international and national R&D/innovation projects. After 12 years of R&D, innovation and development studies in high-tech fields, he leads the innovative projects of SENSIBALL VR in the sports sector.
