Jay Alling has extensive experience in the technology industry. Jay began their career in 1996 as the Creative Services Manager at Ascend Communications, where they worked with channel directors and product managers to create collateral tools for ISP, OEM and enterprise markets. In 1997, they became the Product Manager at C&K Systems and then the Product Line Manager at Honeywell, where they managed $55 million worth of product lines in home and light commercial markets. In 2000, they moved to Agilent Technologies as Manager, Global Partner Marketing, where they developed global strategies and programs aimed at driving third party revenue. In 2003, they founded Kihon Media and served as Internet Marketing & Development Programs Publisher for the Sensible Driver series of e-mail marketing programs for auto dealers and repair shops. In 2005, they founded Kihon Media, Inc. (Sensible Driver) and served as CEO & Founder, building and marketing digital programs, email platforms, and responsive websites.
Jay Alling obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied Environmental Biology with a concentration in Journalism. Jay also holds a certification in Bing Advertising from Microsoft.
