Peter Padalko

Peter Padalko has worked in a variety of engineering and managerial roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Validation Engineer for BigBand Networks. At Intel Corporation from 2010 to 2014, they held the roles of Process & Equipment Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Specialist. In 2017, they became the Engineering & NPI Team Leader at Magnitude Lighting, where they managed a matrix of worldwide employees and vendors. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior NPI and Process Engineer at Eitan Medical. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Engineering at Sensible Medical Innovations Ltd., where they are responsible for engineering and NPI department management, creation and implementation of best practice engineering vision, strategy, processes, and procedures, and leading technology transfer and innovations implementation.

Peter Padalko completed a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology in 2007. Peter then returned to the Holon Institute of Technology to complete a Master of Science in Management of Technology in 2014. In 2018-2019, they attended the P.M. Team Academy for an Advanced Project Management & PMP(R) Preparation Course.
