Julia Raatz

Julia Raatz has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 when they worked as a Management Assistant at Werk 1 AG until 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Universität St.Gallen (HSG), first as a Programme Manager for the Executive MBA HSG and later as a Talent Acquisition Manager for the same program. In 2021, Julia joined Level Consulting AG as a Senior HR Consultant until 2023. Julia then moved to Women-Up! GmbH, where they served as the Co-Geschäftsführerin from September 2022 to April 2023 and currently holds the role of Advisory Board Member. Since June 2023, Julia has been working at Sensirion as the Recruiting Manager - University Relationship.

Julia Raatz began their education at Hochschule Niederrhein, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management from an unspecified start year to 2014. Julia later enrolled at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, where they completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Unternehmenspsychologie from 2019 to 2020. Julia then continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Business Psychology (MBA) in Unternehmenspsychologie / MBA in Business Psychology from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they pursued a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Strategic Management from 2020 to 2021. Julia also completed a Seminar on Change Management at the University of St.Gallen in 2020. Finally, Julia obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Organisationsentwicklung und -beratung from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz in 2020.
