Nadia Chatagny has a diverse work experience in various positions. Nadia started their professional career as an R&D Assistant at Boehlerit in 2007, where they conducted experimental measurements on cutting tool inserts. From 2008 to 2011, Nadia worked as a Simulation Engineer and Research Assistant at Advanced Aerofoil Technologies AG, focusing on simulations of turbine parts and the wax injection process. Nadia then joined Sensirion in 2013 as an R&D Gas Flow Intern, where they contributed to the development of gas flow sensors and conducted data analysis. In 2015, they joined Wolfensberger AG as a Projektleiterin Verfahrensengineering, where they worked on optimizing the Exacast® Präzisionsgussverfahren process. Later, they became Leiterin Verfahrensengineering and was responsible for process improvement and integrating Magmasoft simulation results in the casting development process. In 2018, Nadia joined PROSE as a Simulation Engineer FEA, specializing in finite element analysis. Currently, they are working as a Process Integration Manager at Sensirion since 2022.
Nadia Chatagny has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malta, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2011 to 2013.
