Matt Mathai

Vp, Professional Services & Customer Experience at Sensitech

Matt Mathai has a strong background in support services within the technology industry. Matt started their career at Sensitech Inc (Carrier Corp/UTC) in 2005 as an Application Specialist until 2007, and then became Manager of Field Application Services from 2008 to 2011. Matt continued to work at Sensitech Inc from 2011 to 2014 as a Manager of Field Support Services. From 2014 onwards, Matt worked at Sensitech, initially as Director of Support Services until 2016, then as Director of Global Support until 2022. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President of Support Services from 2018 to 2022, and now serves as the VP of Professional Services & Customer Experience.

Matt Mathai completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2001 to 2005. Matt then pursued a Master's degree in International Management from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 2010 to 2013.
